Quick Start

AltioraBIM 0.1.0-beta.4 Public Beta supports Autodesk Revit 2026 and 2027. Use copies of suitable Revit families for your first test.

  1. Register for the Public Beta and verify the email address you control.
  2. Save your individual 16-character activation code and download the installer from the protected Beta Ready page.
  3. Close Revit and run the supplied installer. Choose compatible Revit hosts if prompted. The beta installer is unsigned; continue past an Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warning only if you trust its source.
  4. Start Revit 2026 or 2027. On the Add-Ins tab, open AltioraBIM from its branded Ribbon panel.
  5. Activate with your individual code when prompted. The free 30-day period begins with successful activation.
  6. Select a folder of copied RFA files, set a Results folder, then choose Scan / Refresh.
  7. Choose a workflow and run Preview. Inspect Ready, Blocked, Invalid and skipped operations before Apply.
  8. Open modified RFAs in Revit and verify the result before production use.

If you lose the browser session or code, use Recover access. Recovery does not restart the trial.

For Excel editing: Scan → Export Excel → edit supported cells → Import / Preview Changes → Apply to modified copies. Changed or missing source RFAs may require a fresh Scan and Export.
