ALTIORABIM / PRIVACY

Privacy notice

This notice covers the AltioraBIM website and its contact, closed beta application and beta feedback forms. It is separate from the desktop product, which has no telemetry or automatic BIM file uploads.

Who handles the data

AltioraSky operates this website and handles its beta and contact submissions. For privacy enquiries, email privacy@altiorasky.com.

Information you choose to send

The forms collect the contact details and workflow information you enter. Required fields are identified on each form. With your explicit consent, we use those details to review beta applications and feedback, respond to enquiries and communicate about the submission you sent. We do not ask you to upload BIM files through this website.

Hosting and form processing

The site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions for AltioraSky and may process technical request data needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and your choices

We retain submitted information while it is needed to handle your request and beta communications, then remove it when no longer needed. You may withdraw consent and ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted by emailing privacy@altiorasky.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority. Do not include confidential project data or personal information about others in a form submission.

Site analytics

The site code does not include analytics trackers or advertising pixels. The desktop application does not automatically upload diagnostics or BIM files.
