AltioraBIM Public Beta Evaluation Terms
Version: altiorabim-public-beta-terms-beta4-20261012-v1 Version date: 12 October 2026.
1. Provider and scope
Vladimir Ribentsov, an individual developer using the AltioraSky brand, provides the AltioraBIM Public Beta. AltioraSky is not identified here as a registered company. Questions, support requests and legal notices may be sent to contact@altiorasky.com. These Terms govern the Public Beta desktop evaluation. The general website terms apply separately to use of the website.
2. Free evaluation and activation
AltioraBIM 0.1.0-beta.4 Public Beta is a free, prerelease evaluation for supported Autodesk Revit 2026 and 2027 installations. No payment card, purchase or manual application approval is required. Registration requires your full name, email address, acceptance of these Terms and a separate acknowledgement that you have read the Public Beta Privacy Notice. Organization, professional role, country, Revit version, family library size and intended use case are optional. Email verification is required before an activation code and protected installer download are made available.
The 30-day trial begins at the first successful activation in the add-in, not at registration or download. Its expiry is fixed by the server-signed entitlement at 30 times 24 hours after that activation. A code may activate one local installation. Revit 2026 and 2027 may use the same entitlement on that installation. A retry on the same installation does not restart or extend the trial. Another installation is rejected. Do not share an activation code or verification or recovery link.
Email recovery can restore access to the protected download or replace a code. A replacement invalidates the old code but does not reset the original activation time, expiry or installation binding. If the installation identity is lost, contact support; an automatic transfer or second trial is not promised. A valid locally stored signed entitlement can be checked offline until its expiry. Immediate remote revocation of a stored offline entitlement is not assured.
3. Evaluation use and care of files
You may install and use the beta to evaluate your own Revit family workflows during the trial. Use copies of test or non-production family files. Review each Preview before Apply, and inspect resulting files in Revit, including relevant types, parameters and behavior, before relying on them. Keep independent backups of important files. Some operations may be blocked when the add-in cannot establish that they are safe or supported.
Do not redistribute the installer, activation code or entitlement, sell or sublicense access, or attempt to bypass activation or security controls. This does not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow these Terms to restrict, including any mandatory rights concerning interoperability or examination of software.
4. Beta status and availability
The software is prerelease. It may contain defects, produce unexpected results or be unavailable. Features, supported workflows and access may change during the evaluation. We do not promise a future feature, public release date, uninterrupted service or particular support response time. To the extent applicable law permits, the beta is provided without a promise that it will be error-free or fit every workflow. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Suspension, expiry and ending the evaluation
Access ends when the signed entitlement expires. We may suspend online services or decline new activations where reasonably needed to address misuse, security threats, legal requirements or operation of the beta. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. Suspending a server record may not immediately disable an already stored offline entitlement. You may stop using the beta at any time. These Terms do not promise that removing an account will immediately revoke an offline entitlement; see the Privacy Notice for deletion requests.
6. Feedback and possible complimentary license
You may send practical feedback through altiorabim.com/beta-feedback/ or contact@altiorasky.com. Do not send activation codes, confidential project information, proprietary RFA files or another person's information by default. Feedback may be used to evaluate and improve AltioraBIM; you retain your rights in your own material. The feedback form is not an authenticated proof of registration or eligibility.
Beta testers who complete meaningful testing and provide practical feedback may be eligible for a complimentary 12-month AltioraBIM license after public launch. Registration, download or feedback alone does not guarantee a grant. Any grant requires separate confirmation and terms after launch.
7. Privacy and communications
The separate Public Beta Privacy Notice describes account, activation, download, security and feedback processing. Acknowledging that notice is distinct from accepting these Terms and is not blanket consent to necessary processing. Verification and recovery messages are transactional. This beta does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
Your responsibility to review outputs and keep backups does not remove rights you have under applicable law. The provider's responsibility for claims is governed by applicable law; these Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose a monetary liability cap. Bulgarian law governs these Terms without displacing mandatory protections or court rules that apply to you.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes to these Terms will receive a new version identifier. A later version will not silently replace the version recorded at your registration. We will explain any action needed to continue the evaluation under changed terms. Contact contact@altiorasky.com with questions.
